What the app does

The map opens on the giants
Every place carries a significance from 1 to 10. From far out you see the world's giants; as you zoom in, a region's stars and quiet corners appear. No pin soup — the map thins itself out.
It tells you when to go
Each place says which months it is at its best: when the waterfall runs hardest, when the meadow flowers open, when the light lands right. The card shows this year's twelve months at a glance.
Cities told as a walk
A city guide does not list its sights, it orders them: what to see, in what order, which neighbourhood to spend the evening in, and which detour repays the walk.
Experiences start from the act
The other way of asking: not "what is in this place" but "where is this thing done best, and when" — cave walks, thermal pools, night skies, each with the places that do it best.
One photograph per place, chosen by eye
Every cover is picked one by one so that a single frame introduces the place, and each one carries its credit.
Your own map
Save a place, mark the ones you have been to, gather them into trips. The map remembers, and it stays yours across your phone and the web.
