By accessing or using the Jouvida application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Jouvida is a nature discovery platform that helps users find, save, and plan visits to natural destinations around the world. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Content and Accuracy
Destination information, seasonal data, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Jouvida does not guarantee the accuracy of location data, access conditions, or safety information. Always verify conditions locally before visiting a destination.
6. Intellectual Property
The Jouvida name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property. Content provided through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jouvida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we process personal data under the EU GDPR and Turkish KVKK. If you hold an account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data at any time from your account page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the EU GDPR.
