1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jouvida application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jouvida is a nature discovery platform that helps users find, save, and plan visits to natural destinations around the world. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, please do not sign up; if we learn that an account belongs to a child under 16, we will delete it. Browsing without an account is open to everyone.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple Sign-In. Signing in with a provider that uses the same verified email address links to your existing account rather than creating a second one. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share your credentials with others.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the Service or other users at risk; where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why first.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or copy its content or database in bulk
- Use a profile name, photo, bio or other content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Content you add
Your profile, saved places, collections and trips are private to your account — Jouvida has no public profiles and no social feed. You keep ownership of everything you add, and you grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you inside the Service. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, including any profile photo.
If we later introduce any feature that makes part of your content visible to others, it will be opt-in and these Terms will be updated first. To report a problem with content on the Service, email mustafasahin307@gmail.com.
7. Content, accuracy and safety in the outdoors
Destination information, seasonal data, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Jouvida does not guarantee the accuracy of location data, access conditions, opening times, entry rules or safety information, and it is not a navigation, mountaineering, diving or emergency tool.
Many of the places on Jouvida are wild, remote or physically demanding, and conditions change. You alone decide whether to visit a place and whether you are equipped for it. Check official and local sources — park authorities, weather services, and your government's travel advice — before you go, and follow local rules and permits. Travel-related information such as visa or safety notes is a rough orientation only, never a substitute for official guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
The Jouvida name, logo, editorial texts and application design are our intellectual property. Photographs, videos and map data remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the licenses described in our Legal Notice, which also explains how to raise a copyright complaint.

9. Advertising
The website is funded by third-party advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are marked as such and are not endorsements. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. How advertising cookies work — and how to control them — is set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jouvida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss, injury or expense arising from visiting a destination you found here. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we process personal data under the EU GDPR and Turkish KVKK. If you hold an account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data at any time from your account page.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the EU GDPR.
