Email hello@jouvida.com. One person reads every message and answers as soon as they can. Tell us which device you are on and, if it is about a specific place, paste the page address — it saves a round of questions.
Do I need an account?
No. The map, every place page, the year map, experiences, city guides and the country briefing are open without signing in. An account only exists so your saved places, visited marks, lists and trips survive.
I did not get the confirmation email
Check the spam folder first — the message comes from hello@jouvida.com. You can ask for a new one from the notice in the app or on your account page; there is a one-minute wait between requests. The account works either way: an unconfirmed address never blocks you out, it only shows a reminder. If you signed in with Apple or Google, there is nothing to confirm.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: your account page → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and immediate — the account, saved places, visited marks, lists and trips go with it, and we cannot restore them afterwards.
Changing your email address
You start it from your account settings and finish it from the link we send to the new address. Until you open that link the old address stays in charge. If the new address already belongs to another Jouvida account, the change is refused.
Something on a page is wrong
Tell us. A closed trail, a changed entrance fee, a season that no longer matches what you found on the ground — write to content@jouvida.com, or use the “Write to us” link at the bottom of any place, city or experience page, which sends the page along with your message.
Please treat what you read here as a starting point rather than the last word. Access conditions and safety information change, and we cannot guarantee every line is current. Check locally before you set out.
Photographs and rights
Every photograph carries its photographer, licence and source on our photo credits page. If you are a rights holder and something is credited incorrectly or should not be here, email copyright@jouvida.com with the page address and we will correct or remove it.
